What is an epoxy tumbler?
Epoxy tumblers are created using a mix of media including but not limited to glitter, vinyl, paint, etc. all sealed under a glass like finish of epoxy. Each tumbler has multiple layers of epoxy to create it's beautiful finish. These tumblers are not dishwasher or microwave safe.
What is a sublimation tumbler?
Sublimation tumblers are done with special ink that is infused into the stainless steel. These tumblers come with a lid and straw and while they are more durable they still must be handled with care and are not dishwasher safe.
How do I care for my new tumbler?
All tumblers (metal and acrylic) are NOT dishwasher or microwave safe. Hand wash you'r tumblers only and avoid soaking excessively.
Mugs are dishwasher and microwave safe.

What is your processing time?
Ready to Ship (RTS) tumblers will be shipped out within 3 business days of receiving your order as long as NO changes or additions have been requested. (i.e. adding a name).
Made to Order (MTO) tumblers will be ready between 3 and 4 weeks after your order has been received.
Custom Order tumblers will be ready between 4 and 5 weeks after your order has been received.
**This processing time is from order until it is shipped, once your order has been shipped it is outside my control when you receive it.**
My Item came damaged?
Oh no! If your item has arrived damaged please contact me within 24 hours. If there is an error I have made we can arrange return of the item so I can make any necessary changes. *All items are handmade therefore small imperfections are expected and not considered damage or an error. If item has been damaged from the shipper, evidence in the way of photos and/or videos is required.
Do you offer returns/exchanges/refunds/cancellations?
All items are handmade, and thus exchanges and refunds are not an available option. If you are unhappy with your decision to purchase, please message me within 12 hours of ordering to cancel.
If you receive your order and their is any damage or issues please contact me, I will always make every effort to correct any issues I can. If damage has occurred due to shipping you will need to provide pictures and evidence to assist with filing a claim with the shipping company.
